Released in 2019, "Gully Boy" depicted the struggles and triumphs of Mumbai's underground rap scene, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. The film was directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar, and Ritesh Sidhwani under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby Films.

Naezy's ongoing popularity and his candid reflections on his journey continue to resonate with fans, making him a significant figure in the Indian rap scene and a potential subject for future cinematic ventures.
